Advanced Features

The MAGIS M 12 T Monobloc Heat Pump, model 3.032378, includes pre-charged R32 refrigerant and a remote-control panel. The system includes an outdoor sensor, condensate drain accessory, Y-strainer, 3-bar valve, and an 8-litre DHW expansion vessel. Its low-consumption pump allows management of the DHW setpoint or a second setpoint for heating a mixed zone up to 65°C, suitable for models 12 to 22.
The MAGIS M 12 T can be integrated into a hybrid system combining MAGIS M with a gas boiler and system controller. It supports heating and cooling management for one zone, heating-only management for one zone, and one mixing valve. The heat pump also supports PV and smart-grid connectivity, as well as single and multiple cascade configurations. Its hermetically sealed enclosure provides efficient performance in outdoor conditions.

A mono split is one indoor unit paired with one outdoor unit, ideal for a single room. A multi split runs several indoor units off one outdoor unit, which suits a whole apartment or floor.
How many BTU do I need for my room?
Roughly 600 BTU per square metre for a well-insulated room, more for rooms with high glazing or direct sun exposure. We confirm the exact size on site.
Is outdoor unit installation included?
Yes - mounting bracket, refrigerant piping, electrical connection and commissioning are all included in the quoted installation.
