Mono split or multi split - what is the difference?
A mono split is one indoor unit paired with one outdoor unit, ideal for a single room. A multi split runs several indoor units off one outdoor unit, which suits a whole apartment or floor.
How many BTU do I need for my room?
Roughly 600 BTU per square metre for a well-insulated room, more for rooms with high glazing or direct sun exposure. We confirm the exact size on site.
Is outdoor unit installation included?
Yes - mounting bracket, refrigerant piping, electrical connection and commissioning are all included in the quoted installation.
